Scope of Services. Through this Site, CEB SOLUTIONS markets and arranges Drywall Installation, Drywall Repairs, Drywall Taping, Drywall Mudding, Drywall Finishing, Knockdown Texture Services, Drywall Painting, Painting Services. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by CEB SOLUTIONS or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CEB SOLUTIONS makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Damages. CEB SOLUTIONS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify CEB SOLUTIONS from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Law and Venue. OH law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in OH.
